Starting at 9am and usually runs until 12:30
Kissel Hill Elementary Front Entrance
If you are bringing tables or boxes, please come a little earlier so we can start setting up and get organized. Those who were able to distribute bags, please start collecting along the same route. Let me know if you need another copy of the map or more help. Need a job to do? I have two routes that need volunteers. There’s lots of work to do and the more hands we have, the faster the work. We’ll take any help you can give. Everyone is welcome!
One table will be set up with munchies and drinks for everyone to warm up with. Anyone willing to donate ready made coffee, hot cider, hot chocolate, donuts, hot cups, and large thermoses to keep the hot liquids in please shoot me an email or a phone call. Of course all last minute goodies are always easily devoured and deeply appreciated by all.

Scouting for food - Bag Distribution on the 8th
Meet in St. James Parking Lot at 9:00 - (Go early and enjoy the Boy Scout’s Pancake Breakfast. The cost is whatever you choose to donate. )
At 9 you will sign in, gather a group and be assigned an area to tie bags on doors. The more people we get the less time it takes but it usually goes 2-3 hours. Remember to layer your wardrobe because it can get warm after you’ve run up and down some streets. The boys should have their uniforms on over their top layer.
Food Collection and sort on 15th (also popcorn pickup)
We need cardboard boxes to sort and transport the collected food. We also are looking for tables to sort food on. Please let Heather know if you can donate either of the items.
We will again meet at 9:00 but in the front parking lot of Kissel Hill Elementary.
Sign in, gather your group and you will be sent out to collect bags.
We usually are all finished by noon but you can come or leave when you need. In other words, we’ll take you for whatever amount of time you can give us! We are not weighing the food this year so it should go a little easier.
Popcorn will be sorted and distributed at this time so please make arrangements with Paige to pick yours up if you won’t be doing the food drive.
