Summer Camp Registration
To all Cub Scouts and families,
Hopefully this e-mail will ease some of the panic caused by my last e-mail. In order to avoid late fees and to ensure your son keeps his spot for summer camp, I will be collecting the Registration Form, Medical Forms and money due beginning Tuesday, April 29th through Tuesday, May 13th.
As for the Adult Medical Forms, I understand it is difficult to get an appointment, but please make every effort to have this information completed prior to check in at your assigned Camp Session. If you have it by May 13th, I can send it in with the rest of our Pack’s information. After this date, you will be responsible to bring it along to Camp at check in time.
One other item. Once we send in the forms and money due, we will receive a confirmation with all the information needed for you and your camper. The information will include check-in time, what to bring or pack and what time the Family Dinner will be. Typically, the Family Dinner is the last day of camp.
I hope this clears up some questions and I’ll be available tomorrow evening at the Pack Meeting if your have any questions.
