All;
At District Roundtable this evening they announced that there are over 350 people registered for Family camping and over 600 registered for the Breakfast hike!

Parking for the events will be in Reedy field, which is on your right after you pass the dining hall.

They are anticipating a slow registration process so it is probably best to arrive early and be prepared to be patient.

There will be two presentations by Jack Hubley, the naturalist for WGAL* TV.

“Critters Beyond Your Back Door” – This is a close look at the wildlife found in our backyards and the fields and woodlots beyond. The list includes small to medium-size mammals, snakes and birds of prey. The audience actually gets to handle some of these animals safely housed in clear plastic tubes.

The agenda sounds great, should be fun for all!

Some of you have emailed or called with questions:

Family Camp check-in is from 6-8 with a snack so eat dinner first. You will need tents, sleeping bags, flashlights and personal items. It will be warm so you might want to bring a spare water bottle.

Breakfast Hike starts serving at 7am and stops at 11 am. The hike goes from 7-12.

Any other questions just let me know.

Thanks,
Melonni
