Here’s a quick look at the upcoming week, future events, and a brief recap of last week’s Webelos
Den Meeting (and what you should be working on at home):
THIS WEEK
1. PACK MEETING, Tuesday night, 10/14/08
a. The Wolverines are to do the Flag Ceremony - meaning that we need everyone at the church
BY 6:45 pm so we can practice. Be sure to wear your full uniform - shirt (w/patches),
neckerchief, slide, belt, jeans.
PLEASE e-mail us if you will be attending (understanding with sports that some of you won’t be
there or will be late - we need to know who will be there to handle the flag ceremony)
b. DUE AT THIS PACK MEETING:
1. Popcorn order forms and money
2. Annual Dues - $35 (check should be made out to PACK 142)
2. NO DEN MEETING, Wednesday, 10/15/08
Because of the Pack Meeting on Tuesday, there will be no Den Meeting on Wednesday - there -
no mix-ups this time!

Hey Wolverines!
As mentioned previously, we’re going to try and send out a weekly e-mail to all of you (and your parents) in order to…
> Recap the week’s den meeting (in case you weren’t physically…or in some cases
“mentally” there - ha!)
> Remind you of anything you should be working on for advancement
> Provide you with “news” - what’s coming up - meetings, outings, etc.
…and anything else we can think of!

Just a quick reminder that our first Wolverines Den Meeting is this Wednesday night in room 204 (2nd floor) of St. James Church @ 7:00pm.
All scouts are to wear their khaki uniform shirts and bring their Webelos books.
If you completed the Traveler Achievement, religious work or any belt loops/pins over the summer, please be sure to bring along the required items for each (if any was required) so that a leader can sign-off in your books.
Remember, this year and next, it’s your leaders that will be signing your books…preparing you for Boy Scouts!
…and if you can’t attend, please let Missy, April or Bob know prior to the meeting so we won’t be worrying about your whereabouts!
